We are seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to support our Guadalajara operations and partner with leaders across multiple business functions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on talent, culture, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness within a growing international organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across the Guadalajara operation.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee and coordinate payroll administration for Mexico-based employees.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs.
- Support leadership development, change management, and organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate office-related vendors and administrative processes as needed.
- Collaborate closely with U.S.based HR leadership and cross-functional teams.
**Qualifications**




- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
- Experience managing payroll processes in Mexico.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner.
- Experience supporting operational environments such as logistics, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, agriculture, or industrial operations is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
