Process payroll for Mexico-based employees using Workbeat.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.).
- Maintain accurate payroll records including salaries, bonuses, deductions, vacations, leaves, and terminations.
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, salary changes, and time-off tracking.
- Prepare payroll reports for internal stakeholders and audits as needed.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentially.
- Ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met.
- Provide administrative and operational support to HR as needed when payroll activities are not in cycle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 5-10 years of payroll experience in Mexico.
- Hands-on experience using Workbeat (required).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong working knowledge of Mexican payroll, labor,



and tax regulations.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience supporting multinational or U.S.based companies.
- Prior experience working closely with HR and Finance teams.
- Familiarity with payroll audits and compliance reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
