**Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)~ 3-5 years of experience in web, digital, or UX design (internships included)Experience working in a CMS (AEM preferred, but not required)Strong attention to detail and eye for visual qualityExperience preparing assets for web (responsive images, optimized exports)Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (comfortable inspecting, debugging,
