Your Role and Impact

The Country Manager will be responsible for leading and scaling ViewSonic’s overall business operations in Mexico, driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning. This role provides strategic direction across sales, marketing, operations, and partner ecosystem development, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting to local market dynamics.

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall country strategy, identifying growth opportunities, market trends,



and competitive positioning to expand market share and strengthen brand presence across Mexico.
- Own full P&L; accountability, including revenue targets, forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth.
- Lead the overall sales strategy and channel development, building and strengthening relationships with distributors, resellers, and key enterprise accounts to drive revenue and market penetration.
- Oversee local marketing strategy and execution, including brand building, demand generation, and partner programs, ensuring effective use of marketing investments and measurable return on investment.
- Ensure operational excellence across forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and business processes, optimizing efficiency and maintaining alignment with corporate standards and controls.
