About the Role
The Procurement Specialist plays a key role in supporting procurement operations through supplier management, sourcing activities, contract compliance, and cost optimization initiatives.



This position partners with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the efficient execution of purchasing processes while contributing to Carrier's operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing procurement processes, standards, and operational plans in support of sourcing and purchasing objectives.
- Evaluating, qualifying, and managing suppliers to meet business requirements.
- Preparing and reviewing RFPs, bid packages, and supplier proposals.
- Analyzing pricing, financial data, and procurement metrics to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Monitoring supplier and contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and business expectations.
