Como Gerente de Ejecución de proyectos, estarás a cargo de liderar la planificación, ejecución y control de los proyectos de capital del hotel, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de alcance, presupuesto, calidad y tiempos de entrega. Establecer estándares y procedimientos de gestión de proyectos para todas las inversiones de capital internas, coordinando la participación de contratistas, proveedores y partes interesadas. Asimismo, actuar como enlace estratégico con empresas externas de project/construction management para garantizar la adecuada ejecución de los proyectos de los propietarios.
REQUISITOS:
· Perfil en Ingeniería mecánica/eléctrica necesario nivel Licenciatura
· Nivel de inglés técnico nec
