Job description
The Role
- Support the following activities for Latam Countries such as Mexico, Colombia and Chile:
- Accounts Payable activities, including vendor reconciliations, payment approvals, bank reconciliations, and recording payments in banking platforms.
- Accounts Receivable activities, including customer account reconciliations and invoice processing.
- Monthly accounting closing for local and consolidated levels;
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, and process improvements within the Finance organization.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting in Public Accounting.
- Minimum 4 years experience in multinational companies in accounting and controllership activities
- English knowledge, Intermediate level is a plus.
- MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP systems. Oracle is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency and proactive attitude.
- Self-starter with willingness to learn and develop in an international environment.
- Ability to effectively interact with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to improve finance and accounting processes.
