Job Summary
- This role is responsible for developing executive communications and managing stakeholder engagement for the GTM Marketing organization. The role leads the creation of executive presentations and briefings, maintains a consistent narrative and messaging for leadership audiences, and manages stakeholder mapping and engagement plans. The role also supports leadership readiness with briefings and talking points and maintains communication standards, templates, and assets for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Leads development of executive presentations and briefings for senior and C-suite audiences, including board-level materials.
- Develops and maintains a consistent narrative and messaging for the organization across leadership communications.
- Manages stakeholder engagement, including stakeholder mapping, engagement plans, and communication cadence.
- Supports leadership readiness by preparing briefings, talking points, and materials for key meetings and reviews.
- Maintains communication standards, templates, and a library of reusable assets to ensure quality and consistency.
- Partners with business and regional teams to gather inputs and translate complex information into clear executive materials.
- Tracks communication effectiveness and stakeholder feedback to inform and improve future materials.
- Manages sensitive and high-stakes information with discretion.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 8+ years of job-related experience, preferably in executive communications, corporate communications, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
