The Workplace Coordinator, Mexico City will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations, employee experience, and overall functionality of the Mexico City workplace. ​ ​This individual will help ensure the workplace operates efficiently, safely, and professionally while supporting employees, visitors, vendors, and business operations. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll Get To:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and workplace-related inquiries while always maintaining professionalism.




- Support daily workplace operations to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming office environment.
- Coordinate office services, supplies, deliveries, workplace maintenance requests, and general operational needs.
- Maintain workplace appearance, conference rooms, shared spaces, workplace equipment, and overall office functionality at the highest standards.
- Coordinate and implement workplace snack, beverage, and catering programs with high-quality offerings and strong attention to employee experience.
- Partner with building management, workplace operators, and vendors to address operational issues, maintenance requests, security concerns, and workplace escalations.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships while following company procurement and operational processes.
- Conduct routine workplace walkthroughs to proactively identify and resolve workplace concerns.
- Support workplace safety initiativ
