Synder is looking for a Business Development Representative to help build and scale our outbound sales function. You'll identify high-potential leads, build relationships with prospects, and create a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities while helping refine our outbound strategy as we grow.

What you’ll do




- Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Experiment with messaging and outreach sequences
- Maintain CRM hygiene
- Share feedback to improve outbound strategy
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to improve lead quality and customer experience
- Continuously build your product knowledge and communication skills

What we expect
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or business development
- B2B SaaS experience
- English fluency (C1+), written and verbal
- Strong research skills - you know how to find and qualify the right leads
- A track record of building relationships with prospects
- Comfort with a versátil schedule (8 AM–5 PM EST/PST; shifts may periodically rotate)
