The Job:
We are seeking a highly capable, strategic, and exceptionally polished Executive Assistant to support the VP, Latin America Manufacturing. This leader is responsible for manufacturing operations across plants in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina, and requires a trusted partner who can operate with urgency, discretion, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism.
This role is idóneo for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced,



high-expectation environment and can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and create structure in a complex regional business setting.

The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to the VP, enabling focus on strategic priorities by ensuring seamless coordination of calendar, travel, communications, meetings, and follow-through across the organization.
- Manage an extremely active, complex, and constantly shifting calendar, prioritizing critical business needs while protecting time for strategic focus.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, agendas, supporting materials and travel expenses
- Ensure the VP is fully prepared for upcoming meetings, travel, decisions, and commitments through proactive planning and timely follow-up.
