H.B. Fuller is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at a high-volume production facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime
- Manage KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE; drive continuous improvement
- Maintain and optimize the site’s maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards
- Coordinate contractors and infrastructure projects; manage related budgets and contracts
- Support production with technical troubleshooting and emergency response
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D;, and quality teams on installations and upgrades
- Maintain documentation including equipment schematics, P&IDs;, and SOPs
- Monitor spare parts inventory and CAPEX planning
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven leadership and team supervision experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of maintenance KPIs and reliability-centered maintenance practices
- Familiarity with safety protocols including LOTO, hot work, and working at heights
