We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Management Specialist to lead strategic projects for U.S.-based organizations across Technology, Biotechnology, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, and Professional Services.
This role is idóneo for a project management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, and has a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, proactive risk management, and exceptional project execution.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through successful completion.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.




- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients, providing regular status updates and executive-level communication.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews.
- Track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor KPIs, project health, team capacity, and overall performance using project dashboards.
- Ensure projects follow Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, documentation, and project governance.
