About the Role
We are seeking a Business Solutions Analyst (Data & Reporting) to support strategic Finance and Distribution initiatives through advanced analytics, reporting, and business insights. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end analytical solutions that help drive profitable growth, improve agent performance, and support key financial outcomes.
Working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment, you will partner closely with Finance, Distribution, and business stakeholders to design, develop,



and maintain reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for decision-makers. The idóneo candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain management and executive reporting that provides clear, accurate, and actionable insights to business leaders
- Support Finance and Distribution teams with analytics related to agent performance, business growth, profitability, and operational effectiveness
- Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers
- Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making
