Why this role matters
Vonage is currently looking for a Deal Desk Analyst, based in Mexico who will provide direct support & guidance to the Sales Teams in all commercial aspects of deals with existing and prospective customers, including pricing quotations.
The candidate will lead the commercial execution of complex, high-value deals and act as a strategic advisor responsible for bringing together Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, and Legal team members to develop and execute Vonage’s pricing strategy.
Your contribution will be essential to win deals, increase Vonage market share and grow the revenue stream.
Your key responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales Teams in building price quotes for customers, including our largest and most strategic accounts
- Analyze deal margins and competitive positioning to ensure we are winning deals and market share without sacrificing long-term financial health.
- Actively collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Product and Pricing teams to optimize the on-boarding experience of customers
- Help drive the adoption of CPQ, the Sales self-service quoting tool in SFDC.
