Responsibilities
About the role:
The Document Verification Sr. Representative is responsible for reviewing and validating customer documentation, ensuring compliance with GM Financial credit policies and procedures.

- Lead and actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and customer experience.
- Ensure consistent compliance with GM Financial policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Promote fraud awareness and support risk mitigation efforts through effective verification practices.
