Project Description

The project focuses on modernizing and governing complex cloud and hybrid infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP, supporting enterprise applications as well as data and AI/ML workloads. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will design secure, resilient, and cost-effective infrastructure, hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity, and platform capabilities in collaboration with product engineering and data teams.

What You'll Do
- Assess and classify enterprise workloads running on Azure IaaS and PaaS, define migration approaches, and build sequenced modernization roadmaps;
- Design and deploy governed cloud landing zones, standardizing networking, identity, policy, and subscription topology through infrastructure as code;
- Establish automated infrastructure provisioning standards across environments to reduce manual operations and uncontrolled subscription growth;
- Govern identity and access across cloud resources, enterprise SaaS applications, and CI/CD workloads using Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access policies, and workload identity federation;
- Architect primary and failover connectivity between data center facilities and cloud regions, including ExpressRoute, SD-WAN, cross-cloud interconnects, and segmented traffic flows;
