About the Role
The Sr. Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the plant maintenance strategy to maximize equipment reliability, asset performance, and operational efficiency. This role will drive preventive, predictive,



and corrective maintenance programs while ensuring the continuity of manufacturing operations and supporting the plant's safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments, with deep expertise in TPM, industrial machinery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading all maintenance operations to ensure maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and operational performance.
- Developing and implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies, preventive maintenance programs, and predictive maintenance initiatives.
- Managing maintenance activities for large presses, benders, and other critical manufacturing equipment.
- Minimizing equipment downtime through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and reliability-focused maintenance practices.
