About the Position:

The Junior Project Launch Manager supports the coordination and execution of new product launches in an electronics manufacturing plant. This role helps track timelines, deliverables, risks, materials, documentation, and production readiness to ensure projects move smoothly from planning to manufacturing.



The position works closely with engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and customer teams. It is idóneo for someone organized, proactive, and interested in developing project management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Your Responsibilities will be:
- Track launch timelines
- Action items, risks, and deliverables.
- Support APQP/PPAP documentation, engineering changes, pilot builds, material readiness, equipment validation, and production ramp-up.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare status reports, follow up with teams, and escalate delays or risks.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. 5+ years in project launch, NPI, program management, or manufacturing engineering,IÓN preferably in electronics/automotive. Experience with SMT, assembly, testing, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and Lean Manufacturing.
