**About this opportunity**
We are looking for a student to be part of the customer support area.
As the primary contact point for emergency customer service requests, you will learn how to use skill and experience to validate contracts, establish communication channels, assemble emergency response teams, initiate tickets, and provide vital language assistance.
In addition, you will engage in hardware material management, contributing to an integral part of our operation.
**What you will do**:
- Keep customer installed base, license information, and network configuration data updated in CS tools.
- Manage Emergency Registration and Data Collection, including assembling recovery teams.
- Initiate emergency notifications and set up necessary communication channels.
Maintain local customer support delivery content, both web and online tools.
- Oversee user administration in CS tools and sites.
- Contribute to the specification of local objectives and key results and performance management reporting.
**You need**:
- Be a student of Telecommunications, Systems or related technology fields, at least 1 year to finish (December **** - July ****)
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Good communication skills (verbal and writing).
- Fast learning skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Able to be hybrid in the office in the mornings (half day, Monday to Friday)

The salary range for this position is
- **LOCATION: $GEOZONEMIN - $105C/RGEOZONE**
**Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan (select if STV)**: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus.
Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target.
Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
**Sales Incentive Plan (select if SIP)**: Your pay also includes the opportunity for sales incentives as a part of Ericsson's Sales Incentive Plan.
Vigente payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual incentive target.

**Your Time**
Your work-life balance is important to us.
New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, at least 3personal days, minimum 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days.
Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date.
Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
