Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain Solution Analyst located in Guadalajara North reporting to the Sr Manager Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Solution Analyst's role involves:
What a typical day looks like
Leverage data & automation tools: Utilize SQL, Excel/VBA, Power BI, and Tableau to extract, automate, and analyze large datasets.
Optimize end-to-end warehouse flows: Manage material movement from inbound receiving to production line feeding, ensuring accurate physical and system inventory control (slotting, FIFO, cycle counts).
Drive KPI-based decisions: Build real-time dashboards tracking warehouse metrics (IRA, turnover, capacity, cost allocation, fulfillment time) to enable data-driven operational improvements.
Work on issues of diverse scope where investigation of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including comprehension of current business trends.
May coach or provide guidance to lower-level members of the team.
Interfaces with customers or suppliers in new project start-up.
Develops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans.
Tracks materials financial performance (E&O;, Aging, DoS) and initiate corrective actions when required.
Defines and implements pricing and costing strategies.




Experience we're looking to add to our team
Advanced English.
Bachelor's Degree.
SQL, Excel/VBA, Power BI.
Ability to communicate complex insights to senior leadership.
