Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer point of contact for the assembly group quality.
- Lead 8D investigation and customer response.
- Supervise lab group as quality lead.
- ISO/TS 16949 Internal Quality System Audit management.
- Ford Easy system, General Motors PPR system usage, etc.
- Participate in APQP meetings and Design Review activity related to the molding process.
- Layered Process Audit management.
- Train or coordinate the training of departmental personnel to perform their job responsibilities in a proficient manner.
- Knowledge and practice of Hutchinson’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures and requirements.
- Monitor hold cage and material disposition.




- Waste reduction team member.
- Data collection for metric reporting.
- Continuous improvement team member.
- Review customer portals for site status.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience
Advanced English
