Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Commercial Insights BI role leads end-to-end market performance analysis, translating complex data into clear,
actionable insights that enable Commercial and Shopper Insights teams to define and execute growth strategies aligned with Operating Unit (OU) priorities.
The role integrates multiple commercial levers—including pricing, pack architecture, channel dynamics, and promotional effectiveness—to develop a holistic view of value creation opportunities and support Revenue Management decision-making.
Additionally, this position acts as a strategic business partner, driving forward-looking analysis and ensuring that market intelligence, competitive context, and performance diagnostics are connected into structured narratives that inform planning cycles (AOP, IBP) and enable sustained share and revenue growth.
Your Impact
As Commercial Insights BA Assoc Manager your scope would consist of:
Lead Share of Market (SOM) performance analysis across channels and categories, translating data into actionable insights and identifying key drivers and root causes of performance gaps or growth opportunities.
