ROSEN is looking for a Procurement Specialist that will be based in Mexico City, MX. This position reports directly to the Head of Procurement and will be a part of the Procurement team.
What role you will play in our team
As a Procurement Specialist, the role manages the end-to-end procurement process,
including creating purchase orders in SAP, maintaining materials masters, tracking vendor performance, and supporting sourcing, negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives. The Procurement Specialist also collaborates with internal stakeholders and Finance, analyzes spending trends, ensures compliance with procedures, and trains team members to optimize procurement operations.
What will I be doing?
• Create purchase orders from purchase requisitions via SAP.
• Track and analyze vendor delivery, service, and quality performance.
• Maintain SAP materials masters needed for compliance of API Q1 requirements.
• Optimize and maintain strong supplier relationships while working with internal stakeholders to identify and execute cost-savings opportunities.
• Effectively negotiate with suppliers and vendors to support ROSEN's business goals.
• Monitor and resolve procurement/sourcing concerns, assist in returns
