Location: Mexico (priority for candidates based in Mexico City, Puebla, Monterrey, Guadalajara )
Travel: This role requires approximately 30% travel to US. Travel is typically planned well in advance to allow for personal planning and, in almost all cases, occurs Monday through Friday, with weekends at home.
Visa: Must currently hold, or be able to obtain prior to employment, a valid U.S. B1/B2 Visitor Visa for business travel to the United States.
What this role is about
We’re looking for a highly hands-on Field Account Engineer to support the execution, troubleshooting, optimization, and long-term reliability of Building Automation Systems (BAS) across multiple client sites.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- BAS controls
- HVAC operations
- field execution
- client support
- system optimization
You’ll work directly with commercial buildings, control systems, field devices, integrations, vendors, and client facility teams to ensure systems actually perform in real-world environments.
This is not a passive engineering role. The work is operational, fast-moving, and execution-heavy.
You’ll be expected to:
- troubleshoot real problems
- respond to field issues
- support deployments and upgrades
- coordinate execution
- improve system performance
- and help clients keep critical building operations running
You’ll work closely with:
- Project Managers
- Implementation teams
- Customer Success
- Vendors and subcontractors
- Client facility and operations teams
