SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR- Network Engineer, Network consultant

YOUR TASKS
- Perform advanced
troubleshooting and resolution on Wi-Fi
support network design,
- optimization
- Ensure all activities are tracked via tickets
- Ensure all ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets are properly
managed, prioritized, and resolved in accordance with defined Service
Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain full transparency by accurately
documenting all activities in ServiceNow and other relevant systems
- Actively participate in incident, problem, and




change management processes, including root cause analysis

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical
knowledge: Wireless Protocols and 802.11 standards, RF fundaments, spectrum
analysis, Wi-Fi design and site survey
- Speciality area: Wireless Networks
- Software: Ekahau/Hamina
- Vendor: Cisco & HPE Aruba
- Fluency
in English is mandatory
- Computer Scienes,
Information Technology,
Telecommunication or equivalent degree
- Experience
of network technologies like LAN or WAN
