The Opportunity:

The Market Manager at Hitachi, Ltd. is responsible for developing and executing market strategies to drive growth and profitability for specific product lines or solutions within a designated market segment. This role involves understanding market dynamics, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

How you'll make an impact:
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute market strategies and business plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.
- Define product and solution roadmaps and manage the full lifecycle, including positioning, pricing, launches, and promotional activities.
- Partner with Sales,



Engineering, and Product teams to develop value propositions, support commercial initiatives, and drive market success.
- Monitor market performance, build relationships with key stakeholders, and represent Hitachi at industry events to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8–9 years of experience in the electrical industry, with solid understanding of market trends, customer applications, and industry dynamics.
- At least 5 years of experience in Market Management, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or related commercial roles.
- Proven success in developing and executing market strategies that drive business growth
