What We're Looking For:
As a Master Data Coordinator II, you will be the guardian of our customer data accuracy, directly impacting our enterprise operations, compliance, and customer experience. You will govern customer master data across our core systems, solve complex data issues,



and ensure our order-to-cash processes run smoothly. This role is for you if you treat clean data as a critical deliverable and thrive on ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, validate, block/unblock, and deactivate customer master data records in source and MDM systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent ERP/CRM/MDM platforms) in line with defined data standards and SLAs.
- Process master data service requests and tickets accurately and within agreed turnaround times; triage, prioritize, and escalate complex or non-standard cases as needed.
- Perform routine and ad-hoc data quality checks, identify anomalies, and execute remediation (deduplication, standardization, enrichment, and hierarchy maintenance).
- Investigate and resolve duplicate records; apply merge and survivorship decisions according to governance rul
