Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to drive efficiency and cost‑effectiveness across production operations. This role is responsible for establishing, developing, and implementing optimal manufacturing methods while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and cost standards. The Manufacturing Engineer analyzes workflows, evaluates production methods, identifies improvement opportunities, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to enhance productivity and reduce unnecessary costs. This position plays a key role in supporting innovation, operational excellence, and the successful delivery of high‑quality products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cost‑reduction initiatives,
material flow optimization, and work‑cell development
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes
- Knowledge of cutting tools, fixturing, and machining processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining and manufacturing engineering.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Advanced English
