Lawyer Specialist
Description
Main Activities:

•Draft and review general corporate correspondence, including company-wide formal letters and legal communications.

•Provide legal support on after-sales matters for commercial and passenger vehicles.

•Assist in the drafting and review of contracts related to Energy Storage Systems (ESS).

•Support the preparation of master agreements for procurement, supply of goods, and provision of services.

•Handle documentation and legal support related to customs and logistics operations, including waybills and similar instruments.

•Draft and review administrative contracts, including lease agreements for real estate.

Responsibilities:

•Ensure all legal documents and activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

•Maintain proper documentation and organization of contracts and legal records.

•Coordinate with internal teams (commercial, operations, finance, after-sales) to provide timely legal support.

•Identify potential legal risks and escalate relevant issues to senior legal team members.





•Support senior lawyers in contract negotiations, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution processes.

•Follow up on ongoing legal matters to ensure timely execution and closure.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent), fully completed.

•Advanced Intermediate English

Experience:

•Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in corporate law.

•Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and providing day-to-day legal support within a corporate environment is preferred.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•Experience with contract management tools and document management systems.

•Familiarity with legal research platforms and databases.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

•Effective written and verbal communication skills.

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
