Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain fixed assets and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX).
- Oversee asset capitalization, depreciation, amortization, and reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and monthly closing activities.
- Control and invoice customer-owned tooling while ensuring accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation.
- Analyze and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support project capitalization and financial reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience is desirable.
- Experience with PLEX system is desirable.
- Intermediate business level English.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and able to manage priorities.
- Multi-task oriented and very responsible and organized.
