We are looking for a Payroll Analyst with experience managing payroll for both salaried and unionized employees.
Position based in Queretaro
Requirements:
- Experience with weekly, biweekly, and special payrolls
- Knowledge of employee benefits and above-the-law benefits (saving fund, bonus, medical insurance, etc)
- Understanding of labor relations and payroll compliance
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is A MUST.
- SAP experience is required
- ADP experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, advanced knowledge in EXCEL (pivots, reports, etc)
