Mission and overall target of the role;

Ensuring customs compliance in the company for export, import, Intrastat, foreign trade law and customs preference calculation.

Responsibilities

- Tariff classification: - Determine and manage customs tariff numbers for all REHAU products in accordance with customs regulations as the basis for all customs processing.
- Import:- Processing of import from non-EU countries and Intrastat input (EU countries)
- Foreign trade law: Ensuring personal and goods-related export control / compliance Tariff preference calculations: - Obtain vendor declarations from suppliers (LLE).
- Issuance of supplier declarations to customers (KLE)
- Preference calculations for REHAU products to determine the originating property in SAP GTS (WS/BS, IS/FS) and legacy systems.




- Provide customs master data for import and shipping processes in all connected SAP and ALN sites.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Law, or a related field.
- Solid experience in customs, foreign trade compliance, import/export operations, and tariff classification (3 years or more).
- Strong knowledge of EU customs regulations, Intrastat, export control, and preferential origin rules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured working approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional, international environment.
- Proficiency in English.
