About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level applications.

Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Java development,



with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in Spring, Microservices, and REST APIs.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
Must have a clean credit bureau record .
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: MXN 80,000 – 100,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite in Toluca, 2 days remote.
