Ejecutivo de Cuentas por Cobrar (Accounts Receivable Specialist) – Hybrid | Cancún, Mexico About the Role We are partnering with a leading global travel technology business to recruit an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their finance team in Cancún. This is a hybrid position offering the opportunity to work within a collaborative, international environment while supporting the company's accounts receivable and collections activities. Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. Follow up on outstanding invoices and perform collection activities. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies. Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records. Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries. Monitor ageing reports and proactively reduce overdue balances. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies. Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.



Requirements Previous experience in Accounts Receivable , Collections , or a similar finance role. Strong understanding of invoicing, payment allocation, reconciliations, and collections processes. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
