Main Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor Supply Chain data to identify operational issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support daily SAP transactions and troubleshoot system-related issues across Supply Chain planning processes.
Investigate and resolve IDOC errors to ensure accurate and timely data integration between systems.
Manage and support COGI transactions, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
Perform data analysis and reporting to support inventory management, production planning, logistics, and order fulfillment activities.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
Support and optimize business processes within SAP, primarily in the MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide visibility into Supply Chain performance and support decision-making.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.

Required Profile





Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Previous experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Production Planning, or related areas.
Hands-on experience working with SAP, specifically within MM, PP, and SD modules.
Practical experience with IDOC monitoring and resolution and COGI transaction management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage large datasets.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting and data visualization tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
