Experienced Bookkeeper – Partner Onboarding Specialist (Bilingual)
You guide our partner firms through onboarding and are their calm, trusted point of contact as they get started. Our Head of Partner Success owns the relationships and the playbook; you make every partner's experience smooth.
Lead onboarding and training sessions in Spanish and English.
* Be the first friendly point of contact when a partner needs help.
* Keep each partner's progress on track and visible.
* Professional bookkeeping experience is required.
* Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred.
* Warm, patient, a genuine listener, and someone partners trust right away. Fluent Spanish and English.
* Comfortable with bookkeeping basics like reconciliations and a chart of accounts. You work closely with our Head of Partner Success and directly with the CEO. Fully remote, with a team off-site in Mexico City this August.
