We are seeking an experienced Industrial Safety Leader to oversee health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives within an industrial operation.
Lead and execute the site's EHS strategy with a strong focus on accident prevention and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate emergency response programs, brigades, and contractor safety management.
Monitor EHS KPIs, incident investigations, and compliance metrics.
Lead environmental and sustainability initiatives, including emissions and waste management programs.
Promote a proactive safety culture through training, engagement, and safety improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Environmental,



Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in EHS/Safety leadership roles within an industrial environment.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations, risk management, and safety systems.
Proven leadership, communication, and continuous improvement skills.
Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management systems.
Knowledge of NFPA standards, emergency response planning, and incident investigation methodologies.
Experience developing and implementing EHS systems, processes, and compliance programs.
