**What you'll do**:
- Utilizing appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience.
- Find a personalized solution that fits each customer.
Make a recommendation (rate plan, how to reduce data usage, promotion etc.).
- Use your resources to ensure complete resolution.Products offered, Telephone Services, hotspots and device that connects with a network, also able to offer DIRECTV, Internet, programs and different type of systems for businesses.Type of sales: Upgrades, package change, adding new services, plan chang
**What you'll bring**:
- Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers
- Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is a must
- 1 year of sales experience.
(Or excellent communications skills).
- Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week.
- Our center operates **from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm** CST, Monday to Saturday (considering Daylight Saving Time & Holidays)

- Monthly Base Salary**:MXN $20,775 (before taxes)**:
- Average monthly bonus of MXN **$8,000,**when you meet your sales and service targets
