We are seeking dedicated Analyst Controls Engineers to join our LSS Mod & Upgrades team.
Analyst Level candidates typically have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Controls engineering or related role in material handling or related industry. Employees to be based in Monterrey, N.L., however, must be willing to travel up to 50% to customer locations in the USA.

Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What you Will Do in This Role:
Participate in the design of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
Ownhardware and software design and application forsubsystems or specific control areasforlarge and smallprojects
Provide support in semi-complex material specification, schematic preparation, bill-of-materialsdevelopment, andappropriate follow-up.
Have knowledge ofproject budgets, schedules, and risks. Works to meet deadlinesand deliverables, achieve budget, and manage risk with teamleads.
Participate in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, costreductionand improvement in customer satisfaction.
Performimportant areasof standard professional level work that typicallyrequireprocessing and interpreting more complex, less clearly defined issues.
Refercomplex or unusual problemsto otherswith more experience in the field of work.
Performsite-auditsatinitiationof project to gather site information and confirm scope.
Perform on-site commissioning activitiesindependently or as part of ateam.
Review & report feedback of site readiness Audits (commissioning checklist/instructions).
Attend meetings beforetravelwith site lead/project manager.
Review Commissioning Plan and Schedule.
Coordinate with field engineering teams, mechanical & controls, for project execution.
Identifyand resolves readily identifiable, clearly defined problems.
Seek-out growth and knowledge in a specific technical area.
Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced engineers.
Provide guidance to installation teams.
Followcurrent safety best practiceswhile on-site and aware ofcurrent safety designpractices.
What We Are Looking For:
BS/BA in electrical engineering or advanced degree.
2-4 years of successful experience in relatedfield.
Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge offieldof specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
Demonstrate knowledge oforganization’sbusiness practices and issues.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Proficient in either Rockwell or Siemens PLCs.
Knowledgeable on AC drives, both open & closedloop.
Experience in Ethernet IP network design and machinesafetya plus.
