As a trusted finance partner in our Piedras Negras operation, you'll own inventory management strategy, standard costing, and cost control initiatives while building high-performing financial processes, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and mentoring team members. What your day will look like: Lead inventory accuracy and optimization programs (cycle counts, scrap reduction, material reconciliation) and partner with operations and engineering to drive process improvements Analyze cost variances, material consumption patterns, and inventory valuation through SAP oversight, monthly reconciliations, and trend analysis; communicate insights to plant leadership Mentor team members and build reporting dashboards to drive inventory performance visibility and support continuous improvement initiatives Why we love this role:
