**Descripción**:
We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, helping us meet our sales and profit goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage customer accounts and develop new business.
- Present and promote cutting tools and industrial products (boring, turning, milling, abrasives, coolant, PPE, MRO, etc.).
- Provide technical support and product information.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends and share insights with the team.
- Help customers reduce costs and improve performance.
- Keep customer database up to date.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Follow ISO procedures and company guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Strong product knowledge and sales experience in industrial tools.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Proficient in CRM, MS Office, Acrobat, and Autocad.
- Valid driver's license.
