Responsibilities Job Description Accountable for End of Line Testing Equipment, Parameters, scripts and Capex associated.
Work closely with Site Leaders to ensure manufacturing plans are aligned with program schedule.
Oversight AME team to ensure the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team will:
Pilot and commissioning advance Manufacturing technologies, processes, equipment, and practices. Capital projects that support Growth, NPDI, Product Transfers, Technical Capacity and Footprint associated.
Implementation of manufacturing plans for new products.
Provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers.
Support Vertiv manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods.
The execution of Manufacturing Readiness Checklist and deliverables.
Accountable for Manufacturing Prototype builds.
Provide support to implement best manufacturing practices for existing processes.
Qualifications Minimum BSME/IE/ and 5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Preferred Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
Requirements Solid knowledge and experience on Automation, integration as well as automated equipment and testing equipment.
Good communication, interpersonal, and motivation skills.
Experience in New Product Development and Product Transfers.
Ability to facilitate and lead teams effectively in a transformational work environment.
Experience managing direct reports and cross functional teams.
Project management and technical skills; analytical skills; PC skills.
