Sandoz México is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to drive P&O; Services delivery within a dedicated client group. You will coordinate service standards, collaborate with Practice Networks and IT, and manage end-to-end processes to deliver business value.
The role includes budgeting input, SLA governance, coaching the organization on P&O; processes, and supervising a small team. English language skills are required; experience with HRIS and payroll is preferred.
