About the Role
HSBC is seeking a Java Tech Lead to join our technology team in Toluca. This leadership role is idóneo for professionals passionate about driving innovation, mentoring teams, and delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with HSBC’s security and quality standards.
Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Java development,
with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in Spring, Microservices, and REST APIs.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
Must have a clean credit bureau record .
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: MXN 80,000 – 100,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite in Toluca, 2 days remote.
Free weekends.
