MerchantSpring is seeking a Client Success Agent to be the first point of contact for inbound client support and platform assistance. You will troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and guide customers toward best practices to improve self-service adoption.
Work closely with Client Success, Onboarding, Technical Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver a responsive, professional, and client-focused experience, while meeting SLAs and maintaining high CSAT in a fully remote setup.
