**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Conduct supportive and efficient Design Reviews which includes:
- performing evaluations of designs at various stages of development before required meetings and compose action items accordingly
- attending all required meetings
- provide design solutions as necessary
- review tolerance analysis
- review prints and approve Engineering Change Orders
- escalate major design concerns
- Support and assist Product Engineers through the various gates of the Design Review Process
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Design Review Porcess and associated tracking tools
- EvalauateEngineerign Chane Orders ECOs for Design Review Team approvals.
- Support/assist Team Members/Product Engineers when necessary.
**REQUIREMENTS, Competencies/Skills**:

- Engineering degree (R) Masters or 10+ years experience (P)

- MS Office knowledge (R)
