Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, customer requirements, and business objectives are achieved.
Develop production plans and align material requirements with operational demand and supplier capabilities.
Manage inventory levels through Lean Manufacturing principles, including JIT and Kanban methodologies.
Monitor production performance through KPIs focused on productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
Lead Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence projects across the plant.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements and support internal and external audits.
Manage manufacturing resources, equipment utilization, and operational capacity planning.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges with urgency and effective decision-making.
Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and employee development.




Champion best practices in manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience leading manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment.
Strong background in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, JIT, and Kanban methodologies.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audit processes.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
