Buscamos a una persona con experiencia en retail, liderazgo de equipos y fuerte orientación a resultados, que contribuya al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y a brindar una excelente experiencia a nuestros clientes.
¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años como Subgerente, Supervisor o posición similar en retail.
Experiencia liderando y desarrollando equipos de venta.
Manejo de indicadores comerciales y KPIs.
Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos de venta.
Conocimiento de procesos operativos, inventarios y prevención de pérdidas.
Excelente servicio al cliente.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios de centro comercial y fines de semana.
YOUR TALENT Principales responsabilidades:
Apoyar al Store Manager en la gestión integral de la tienda.
Liderar y acompañar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
Dar seguimiento a KPIs, productividad y desempeño del equipo.
Garantizar una destacado experiencia de compra.
Supervisar procesos operativos, inventarios y estándares de visual merchandising.
Participar en la capacitación y desarrollo del equipo.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
