**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Coordination & Execution**- Support the VP P&O; NA & US in shaping and aligning the regional and US-specific P&O; strategy.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives across both scopes, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Develop high-impact executive presentations and strategic communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Project & Program Management**- Lead and manage cross-functional projects in organizational development, talent, and transformation.
- Balance regional and US priorities, ensuring effective resource allocation and milestone tracking.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**- Act as a connector between P&O; NA/US and key stakeholders including Strategy, Communications, and the P&O; Leadership Team.
- Facilitate collaboration across functions and geographies, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
- Support change management and internal communications efforts across the region and US.
- **Operational Excellence**- Monitor progress against strategic goals and KPIs; identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and talking points for leadership engagements.




- Continuously improve processes and ways of working across the P&O; function.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or project management roles.
HR background is preferred
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization with regional and country-level scope.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, and HR strategy.
